"Was shopping online for quotes and decided to try State Farm... worst mistake ever!!! I REPEAT WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! SURELY I THOUGHT I HAD MADE A MISTAKE ONLINE WHEN FILLING OUT THE INFO FOR THE QUOTE...I HAVE A 2010 MODEL VEHICLE AND MY QUOTE WAS AN INSANE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT!!! THE GIRL THAT CALLED ME IN REGARDS TO THE QUOTE HAD TO BE THE DULLEST CRAYON IN THE BOX FOR SURE..WHY WOULD I PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR INSURANCE WHEN IN FACT I'M DONE DOING A 6 MONTH POLICY I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE THAN WHAT THE CARS ACTUALLY WORTH!!! THE REP WAS NO HELP AT ALL AND DIDNT TRY TO HELP AT ALL WITH PRICING....NEED I SAY LESS I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE AND THEY CAN SAVE TIME BY NOT CALLING ME EVER AGAIN!!!"

"Third time was the charm, but this office should have been first! Theresa was immediately helpful, responsive and I accomplished more with her in 17 minutes than I had with two other offices. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you, the customer service here exceeds 5 stars today."
